Recipes

These are a few recipes that have been scanned from the original handwritten by my Grandmother Goettsch. She always had cookies in her cooky jar and usually a cake just out of the oven. She loved to cook and there was always something to eat when we arrived at her home. 

  

Gram was born March 29, 1893 Anna Maria Christina Sieg. Her father passed away when she was about four years old. Her mother Mary married William Drews.  Gram married Edward Goettsch on February, 10, 1915.

She and Ed had four children. From the left: Ed (Grandpa) Marjorie (my mother), Bernita, Earl, Anna ( my grandmother) and Floreen. This photo was taken about 1937 or 1938.

Gram passed away on April 13, 1986. She was 93 years old.
